Founding Owner of LT, his 20 years in the industry has allowed him to see it all. He has developed LT from predominately a sub-contracting company to one of SA’s premium design and construct landscaping companies. Josh’s passion and creative flare for outdoor living has allowed him to design and construct outdoor spaces that provide not only function but imaginative design. Josh still enjoys being hands on within the company which guarantees the high quality and an enjoyable experience for the client – known as ‘#theLTdifference’. When Josh is not involved with LT he is either down at the beach with his family or out in the water.

Having completed his Honours degree in Landscape Architecture in Sydney, Sam has worked in both commercial and high-end residential spaces over the last 8 years. Recently, having moved to Adelaide, Sam is keen to use the knowledge he has gained over the years and apply his skillset here at LT.

Sam’s strengths lie in his ability to portray his designs through high-level 3D visualization, modelling and rendering which allows our clients to fully realise their design dreams.

Leon is our graduate with a strong academic background in design and practical construction knowledge. With a deep love for the outdoors, particularly camping, four-wheel driving, and fishing, he blends his love for adventure with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Eager to apply his skills and knowledge, Leon is excited to contribute to our innovative projects and collaborate with like-minded professionals. His diverse interests, paired with his expertise in construction, drive his desire to make a meaningful impact in at LT.

The unsung hero of the group, Scott is a practising accountant and a long term friend of Director Josh. Scott has been involved in the finance side of the business since its development. As the company has grown so has it’s compliance and Scott has ensured that the correct policies and insurances are put in place all the while connecting directly with staff, clients, contractors and suppliers.

She’s got LT running like a well-oiled machine, juggling tasks like a pro and keeping everything (and everyone) on track. She treats the business as if it were her own, which explains why she’s always one step ahead. Incredibly likeable and always up for a chat, she’s the glue that holds everything together.
Out of the office, her 3 girls keep her very busy, and she absolutely loves running rings around her opponents on the netball court.

Recently promoted to Project Manager, Nick has been excelling in his new role, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail that made him a standout Supervisor. Known for his patience and commitment, he ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. A client favourite, Nick’s easy-going nature and willingness to go the extra mile make him an invaluable part of the LT team. Whether solving complex challenges or fine-tuning the smallest details, he continues to raise the bar for excellence in landscape construction.

The most experienced residential landscaper in the LT crew, Ash has supervised more projects than any other LT crew member. Custom architectural concrete is where Ash’s true passion lies and he is always the man in the know when construction includes this element. Ash’s ability to pass on his knowledge to other team members makes him a huge asset to LT and loved by all.

Ryan has grown immensely at LT, earning his place as a Supervisor through hard work and a keen eye for detail. No longer just learning the ropes, he’s now leading the way, ensuring projects are delivered with precision and efficiency. Never afraid to get his hands dirty, Ryan is a problem-solver who thrives in the fast-paced world of landscape construction.

When the workweek wraps up, you’ll find him off-road or casting a line, making the most of his weekends with 4×4 adventures and fishing trips.

Jimmy brings 7 years of industry experience, he thrives on hard work, and enjoys challenging structural components such as concrete benches and stone cladded retaining walls. Jimmy’s kind and approachable manner helps foster strong connections with clients, ensuring they’re happy from the start to finish of each project. If there’s a dog onsite, he’s likely to become its best friend. Outside of work, Jimmy likes to relax with an ice-cold Coopers Pale Ale while watching AFL.

A long-time member of the LT team, Phil Kollep brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. With a deep understanding of landscape construction, his skills are second to none. Phil thrives in the field, never hesitating to get his hands dirty to ensure the job is done right. His experience and steady approach make him a trusted decision-maker on site, guiding the team with an “old head” wisdom that comes from years in the industry.
Beyond work, Phil enjoys fishing, tinkering, and have a good time. A dedicated family man, he finds his greatest joy in spending time with his kids.

A master of all things carpentry, Jack brings precision and craftsmanship to every project. With a background in cabinetry, his attention to detail is unmatched, ensuring every finish is flawless. Always up for a challenge, Jack tackles the toughest tasks with a smile, making him a valued member of the LT team.

When he’s not shaping timber, you’ll find him flying down the tracks on his mountain bike, chasing the next adrenaline rush.

Ned commenced with LT in 2019 before committing to an apprenticeship in 2020. Ned is a persistent and committed team member who is continuing to enhance all aspects of his skills. Outside of work hours, he astounds everyone with his impeccable sense of style.

If there’s heavy lifting to be done, Jack is already on it—probably carrying something twice his size with a grin on his face. A hardscape enthusiast through and through, he’s happiest when there’s stone to lay and walls to build.

Off the tools, he’s a lacrosse champion, which explains the speed, strength, and occasional sidestep around the wheelbarrow. Top bloke, top work ethic—just don’t expect him to take it easy.

Chas is proof that actions speak louder than words – because when it comes to work, he’s all in. Always focused, always learning, always moving. His dedication is unmatched, and he’s an absolute asset on-site.
